Incorporates the sacred teachings of Kali Natha Yoga, into a unique Mantra Practice workshop. This is a unique fusion of mantra, meditation and breath practices of Kali Natha Yoga. Rooted in the ancient traditions of tantra and this class provides a comprehensive approach to spiritual growth, personal practice , and awareness.
Rooted in mindfulness and spiritual connection, this class guides participants through the sacred art of reciting simple mantras, and internalizing mantras to cultivate inner peace, clarity, and self-awareness. Chanting mantra in a group is energizing, heart opening and joyful.

This Workshop is 90 minutes, allowing ample time for simple chair yoga practice, chanting mantra, simple
meditation, to integrate this divine tantric shakti energy.
**Requirements:** Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement, and an open heart ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening through the practices of Kali Natha Yoga and mantra meditation. Bring a mala is optional or available for purchase.
By the end of the class, participants will have experienced the powerful and centering affects of mantra. Many individuals experience a deep centering at all levels of their being, gain insight into the transformational power of Kali Natha Yoga. Learners will leave with a mantra practice they can integrate into their daily life.

Aaron Dr Hari Nam Jaya Edward Haefele is a 500 hour certified Kali Natha Yoga instructor that was handed down by Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati. Drawing from this profound lineage, Aaron incorporates the transformative practices of Kali Natha yoga into his teachings, offering students a path to self-discovery and spirituality. With certification as a Core Energy Coach from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC), Aaron integrates his expertise in yoga, meditation, and energy healing to guide individuals on their journey towards holistic well-being.
