Each Sound Escape experience is intuitively crafted to lead you into a deep state of relaxation. This aides to assist you/your body to naturally decompress & soothe the nervous system. In this deeply relaxed state, is where natural healing & balancing takes place within you/your body. This state is achieved by You being open & receptive While listening to the soothing waves of echoing sounds, vibrations & frequencies, created by an array of sound tools such as singing crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, gongs & others.

Felicity has been a lifetime lover of nature, beach, ocean, animals, shells, chimes, crystals, Fitness & nutrition. Since early in her childhood, Felicity has been interested In an array of what she refers to as “mystical & magical & metaphysical” Felicity has an unwavering lifelong passion to continually learn, grow, practice & offer a variety of Naturally Based Products/ Sessions/Other offerings.

Participants will need to arrive 15 minutes prior to start of event (earlier if you’d like to shop) & to bring yoga mat/blanket/pillow eye mask water whatever YOU need to be most comfortable.
